CCS provides many benefits to our community. CCS clients assist area charitable and governmental agencies with a variety of work that includes distributing food; serving meals; tutoring; landscaping; property maintenance; and clerical work. The

community also benefits from the many supervised work crew programs operated

by CCS that provide litter collection along public roads; clean vacant lots; and assist area charitable and governmental agencies with a variety of community improvement projects.

Since 1985, CCS work crews have collected more than 1.4 million bags of litter,

617,000 tires and 133,000 cubic yards of trash and debris from roadways and properties throughout Cuyahoga County.
